Do I need to be Home?

Yes, someone has to be present to allow our inspectors access. Utilities must be on. Some utility companies will allow 1 day turn on to allow for inspections at small to no cost in the event utilities have been disconnected.

How long will an inspection take?

In most cases 1-2 hours, depending on the size and age of the home. There needs to be access to attics, crawl spaces and all electrical outlets and main (free from clutter, furniture or boxes).

Will I receive a Report?

Yes, in most cases before 5pm of the following day.
